Cindy graduated from the Pennsylvania Institute of Massage Therapy in 2003.  Since that time she has refined her skills and taken many advanced training classes in order to better meet the needs of her clients.  These include: Orthopedic & Sports Massage, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Somato-Emotional Release, Myofascial Release, Hot Stone Massage, Lypossage for Cellulite reduction, Lymphatic Drainage, Massage Cupping, and Nurturing the Mother  (pre and post natal massage).

Cindy worked in a Chiropractic center for several years and is very experienced in easing pain and speeding recovery for accident/injury patients and treating chronic pain conditions, including carpal tunnel syndrome; plantar fasciitis; and rotator cuff injuries. Many of her past and current clients include doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists and surgeons.

She has been a Reiki Master/Practitioner since 2002 and has been working with the Energy Systems of the body to support clients in the release and healing of long-term physical and emotional trauma in a gentle, nurturing way.

In 2007 Cindy attended the Lansdale School of Cosmetology and obtained her Pennsylvania Esthetics License.  She has earned many hours of advanced continuing education primarily at the International Dermal Institute.  Her specialty is in anti-aging skin care, and she is constantly researching new technology, products and ingredients.
